About the event
Thrive Academy is our popular program that encompasses mindset, netball and strength and conditioning to create well-rounded people. Our aim for Thrive is to give the tools to athletes to go out and pursue their goals confidently and courageously.
Two Sessions a week Thursdays and Sundays
Athletes aged 11-13 and 14+ Inclusions:
